What forms of payment do you accept?

VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are the only forms of payment accepted at this time.

How do I place an order?

You need a valid email address in order to receive your order confirmation. Order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided. Please be sure to add NEDA@turnkeywow.com to your spam filter so you are sure to receive updates about your order.

Ordering Steps

  • Add the item to your cart and click "order"
  • On the "my order" page, click "checkout"
  • Shipping details must be completed, then click "next"
  • Review order for accuracy, then click "next"
  • On Order Review page – MUST click "next" to finalize order
  • On Order Payment page – MUST click "checkout" to finalize order
  • Order Confirmation – Keep for your records. If you do not get a confirmation number, your order is not complete.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All items will take about 10 days to ship, unless otherwise indicated.

I don't see my size listed. Are other sizes available?

Yes, due to stock levels, sometimes we run out of certain sizes. But, if you don't see your size, please contact us (email NEDA@turnkeywow.com or call 800-405-7829, Option 2) and we will do our best to fill your order.

Return Policy:

Requests for replacements or exchanges will be accepted only if Turnkey is notified within 5 business days of your receipt of the item. Exchanges are accepted only on sized apparel items and only if the requested size is in stock. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days and we will send you a replacement.

What is the return policy for sized apparel items?

  • If you received the incorrect size, contact us and we'll get the correct size to you.
  • If you have received the correct size, but need to exchange it for another size, please contact us and confirm with us that desired size is available for exchange.
  • Then, when making the return, mark the outside of the package "RETURNS" and put a note inside the package that has your name, address and phone number as well as the size you want to exchange for.
  • Put a check inside the package for $12.00, written out to Turnkey, this will pay for the exchange package shipping and handling fee.
  • Then send your item back to:

  • Once the return package is received, the exchange will be processed and the new item will be sent to you in approximately 10 business days.
